• #16 Replaced custom Predicate with BiPredicate, cached predicate instances to avoid repeated allocations in BlockScaffold and BlockSupportColumn, added chunk existence checks before block operations. Created BiPredicates utility class and removed old Predicate class. - @mitchej123
